Shipping and Product Availability We attempt to display to you only those items which are currently available to order, and item status is refreshed frequently. However, it is possible that some items, will be out of stock at the time of your order. When your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation verifying receipt of your order and confirming the availability and selling prices of all items in your order. If the item you ordered is currently out of stock or back-ordered, VoIPware will provide you an estimated time arrival (ETA) and a shipment confirmation. If the item you ordered is available and your payment was confirmed, we strive our best to ship you your order as soon as possible. We usually ship orders the next business day and if possible we will ship same day.
Shipping GST applies to Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan and Yukon Territories.
HST Shipping applies to Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Newfoundland.
Returns Items that are found to be defective or DOA within 10 days of shipment will be replaced with the same product by VoIPware otherwise all sales are final. If the item or equipment needs to be returned for warranty repair, VoIPware will issue an RMA# for the item and an estimated time for the repair- which will be handled on a case-by-case basis. You (The Buyer) will also be responsible for paying the shipping cost for returning the item.
